Richard the owner of Sparkle & Shine has a thriving window cleaning business. But it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. His previous website agency did absolutely nothing. When Richard gave them an ultimatum in summer of 2017, they got very upset and sold a few of his domains on their host. They even blocked his access to social media accounts. Suddenly Richard found himself without any website presence.
